This policy describes how Xander Revenue Systems (XRS) handles information through this website and related inquiries.
Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional business name, and message. If you email XRS, your email address, message, and information you choose to include are received through the business email service.
Please do not send passwords, access codes, payment-card details, medical information, or confidential customer records through the contact form.
How information is used
- To review and respond to your inquiry.
- To discuss potential work and prepare a proposal.
- To manage related communication and support requests.
- To protect the website against misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
An inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter, promotional text program, or unrelated marketing list.
Hosting, storage, and service providers
This website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and site storage. Form submissions are stored in a restricted site inbox for XRS to review. Google Workspace is used for business email. These providers process information as needed to operate their services.
Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and errors. The form uses a short-lived hashed network identifier and submission timing to help limit abuse. XRS does not intentionally log the content of inquiry messages to application logs.
Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights and security, or to service providers helping with the requested work under appropriate arrangements. XRS does not sell inquiry information.
Cookies and tracking
XRS has not added advertising pixels, session replay, or third-party visitor analytics to this site. The hosting platform may use technical storage or cookies for security or authentication. Public pages and the contact form do not require a ChatGPT account. Owner access to the private inbox requires authentication.
Retention
Information is retained as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain a relevant business relationship, resolve issues, or meet legal obligations. Site-inbox entries older than 180 days are removed during routine inbox or submission processing. Relevant correspondence may remain in business email or project records where needed for the purposes above.
Security and your choices
The site uses HTTPS, restricted inbox access, input validation, and other reasonable measures. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You can ask XRS to access, correct, or delete information you supplied, or ask to stop further contact. XRS may need to verify the request and may retain information when required or permitted by applicable law. Your legal rights depend on your location and the circumstances.
Scope and updates
The site is intended for business inquiries. It is not designed to collect information from children. This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the site or its practices. The date above identifies the latest version.
